This recipe is my favorite Aunts Crock pot/Slow cooker recipe. She made this at almost ALL our family gatherings......and I loved it so much that a few years ago, I asked her the recipe. She is a Outstanding cook. Thanks Aunt LuAnne for the Recipe! Lots of love to you!
Ingredients
3 lbs. ground beef
1 cup onions diced
1 cup celery diced
1 cup green pepper diced
1 1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoon vinegar
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in a skillet and break up into small pieces. Add to crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Turn on low and cook for 8 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
Serves 8-10
****My Aunt always made 3 or 4 crock pots because we had over 50 family members.****

Easter Bunny Salad
~Easter Bunny Salad~
This is a GREAT salad for kids on Easter. It is quite yummy as well.
Ingredients
4 salad plates
1 head lettuce
8 almonds
maraschino cherries
marshmallows
1 can pears
Directions
Shred lettuce, make a bed of lettuce on each plate and place 1/2 pear,the round side up, in the center of each bed of lettuce. Insert 2 almonds in the narrow end of the pear for ears. Slice a cherry in half and cut each half into 3 parts. Insert the cherries to look like the eyes and nose of the bunny. Cut marshmallow to look like a tail.

9 hard boiled eggs
4 1/2 lbs. Ricotta
5 lbs. sausage (dry)
1/2 c. white rice (cooked)
1/4 lb. Prosciutto
1 doz. fresh eggs
1 1/2 lg. Mozzarella
1/2 basket cheese
1/4 lb. grated cheese
Dash each salt, pepper and parsley
Directions
Cut all meats and cheeses to cube size. Mix all ingredients. Fill pie shells. Put tops on and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and15 minutes. Makes approximately 12 pies.

1 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix together to form balls and then roll dough on a piece of wax paper until it is about 14 inches round. Fill tin pie pans. After filled with Easter Pie mixture, make a top for pies the same way. You will need to repeat this recipe approximately 6 times to make 24 shells (12 bottom and 12 top).

1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (15 oz) tomatoe sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty crocker corn muffin and abread mix
1/3 cup of milk
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (appox. 4 oz)
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 10-inch skillet , cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cooke 2 to 3 mintues, stirring frequently, until boiling; keep warm.
2. In small bown, stir corn bread mix, milk, oil and egg just until moistened (batter will be lumpy)
3. Spoon hot beef mixture into 8 ince square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese. Spoon corn bread batter evenly over top.
4. Bake 25 to 35 mintues or until tooth pick inserted in center of topping comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese over hot casserole.

Life Changing Macaroni & Cheese.
Life Changing Macaroni & Cheese

~Ingredients~
2 Cups Leftover Pork (cubed)
1/2 pound elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
3 tbl butter
3 tbl ap (All Purpose) flour
3 cups milk (warm)
1 egg
12 oz pepper jack cheese
5 Jalapeños (seeds removed & diced)
1 onion (diced)
6 thick cut, double smoked bacon slices (diced)
Canola oil
~Directions~
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Render bacon in frying pan with a 1 teaspoon of oil. Cooked until bacon is nicely browned. Use a slotted spoon to remove the bacon. Reserve both the bacon and the oil in separate safe bowls. 3. Place reserved oil back into frying pan and add pork, onion, sage & bell pepper.
4. Sauté until pork is lightly browned.
5. Transfer the mixture to colander to allow excess oil to drain off.
6. In a separate heavy bottom pan, melt butter, then add the flour. Using a wooden spoon, stir the flour into well incorporated with the butter. Use low heat. This should take about five minutes. Take care to not brown the butter.
7. Add warm milk and simmer for about 5 minutes.
8. Add egg & cheese until combined in the pan.
9. Add pasta to coat.
10.Fold in remaining ingredients & transfer to casserole dish
11.Bake for 30 minutes.
12.Allow to rest for ten minutes before serving.

Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers
~Inside-Out Bacon Cheeseburgers~Ingredients
1 pound Gound beef
3 tablespoon Ranch Dressing divided
4 slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
2 slices Cheddar quartered
4 Hamburger Buns lightly toasted
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat
Mix ground beef with 2 tbsp of the dressing. Shape into 8 thin patties.
Mix remaining 1 tbsp dressing with the crumbled bacon.
Spoon about 1 tbsp of the bacon mixture onto the center of each of 4 of the patties.
Top with 2 cheese quarters and second patty.
Pinch edges of patties together to seal.
Grill patties 7 to 9 minutes on each side or until cooked through (160 deg F).
Add condiments to buns as desired and enjoy!

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup sliced mushroom (about 3 oz.)
Vegetable cooking spray
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups cooked tri-color or plain corkscrew-shaped pasta
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1 1/2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce OR cup Prego®
Tomato, Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce
Directions
1. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms and cook until tender and almost all liquid is evaporated. Remove from heat. Spray 12" pizza pan with cooking spray.
2. MIX egg, milk, pasta and 1/2 cup cheese. Spread pasta mixture in an even layer on prepared pan.
3. BAKE at 350°F. for 20 min.
4. SPREAD pasta sauce over pasta crust. Top with onion mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 18 min. or until cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Let stand 5 min.
Serves 4
Prep Time: 10 min.
Bake Time: 38 min.
Stand Time: 5 min.
